★ Terms of Service ★
By commissioning artwork from me, you agree to the following terms. Please read them thoroughly before placing your order. You must be 18+ to request a commission. Scroll down to the bottom for Vtuber specific Terms of serviceRegular Artwork TOS1. Usage and Rights
- All commissions are for personal use only. You are welcome to use the artwork as a profile picture, banner, or for personal projects. However, it may not be used for profit, such as in commercial products or reselling.
- For any commercial usage, please contact me directly via email. Additional fees will apply for commercial rights.
- I retain full ownership of the artwork. Uploading my artwork to AI engines or using it in such a context is strictly prohibited. My artwork won't be used as NFTS either.
- I may share the artwork on my social media and include it in my portfolio, unless you request otherwise.2. Fanart and Merchandise
- If your commission involves fanart (e.g., characters from games, series, etc.), I reserve the right to use the artwork to create physical prints or merchandise for sale in my shop as I see fit unless requested otherwise.3. Pricing and Complexity
- The listed prices reflect the base cost of the commission. Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity and extra details of your request.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission if I feel the subject matter does not align with my skills or if it falls outside the scope of the work I typically accept.4. Timelines and Deadlines
- Please be patient as I work on your commission. While I strive to complete all commissions in a timely manner, please allow up to three months for completion (depending on complexity). For example, Vtuber models may take up to three months, while illustrations may take less time.
- Rush orders with strict deadlines will incur additional fees.
- I prioritize quality and detail, which means the process can take time. You are welcome to check in for updates if necessary, especially after milestones such as the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check.5. Sharing and Credit
- You are welcome to repost and share the artwork, but credit must be given to @ariiezart.6. References
- Please provide visual references. This could include detailed images, rough sketches, or even simple stick figures or descriptions. This helps me ensure the artwork aligns with your vision and minimizes errors.
- Non-visual references may result in extra charges or your request being declined.7. Payment
$USD Only
- Payment is accepted via PayPal or Zelle only. I will send an email confirmation to confirm your commission order. Once all the details are confirmed, you can send the deposit.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before I begin any work. The remaining balance must be paid in full after the completed piece is done.
- Commissions are nonrefundable8. Behavior
- Please maintain a respectful attitude throughout the process. <39. Commission Process
- I will send you progress images (such as the rough sketch and flat colors) for your review and feedback. Revisions can be made at this stage.
- Upon completion, I will send you a final piece for your review. You may request up to three minor revisions.
- Any revisions beyond three will incur an additional fee, which must be paid in full before I proceed.10. Delivery
- Once your commission is finalized and approved, I will send you the full-resolution .png file of the artwork along with a watermarked .jpeg for social media sharing via email or Google Drive, depending on the file size. A PSD will be included if requested.
- Please note that physical products will not be delivered. These art pieces are entirely digital.Vtuber Terms of Service

Please read carefully before purchasing.1. General- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
- Prices are subject to change depending on complexity, but quotes are locked once payment is made.
- These terms may be updated at any time, but the version agreed upon at the time of purchase will apply.2. Payment- All payments are made via [PayPal or Zelle].
- 50% deposit is required upfront; the remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery. (You can adjust this if you prefer full upfront.)3. Process- Please provide a properly separated PSD for rigging commissions (if art is not commissioned from me).
- Progress updates will be provided at key stages (sketch → lineart → flat colors → rigging progress).
- Minor revisions are included at each stage. Major revisions (e.g., redesigns) may incur additional fees.4. Delivery- Models are delivered as ready-to-use PSDs (for art only) or Live2D files (for rigging).
- Delivery times vary depending on complexity and my schedule, but an estimated timeframe will be provided.
- Rush orders may be accepted for an extra fee.5. Usage Rights- You (the client) may use the finished model for personal and commercial purposes (streaming, videos, branding, monetization, etc.).
- You may not claim the art/rigging as your own, resell, redistribute, or mint as NFTs.
- Credit to me ( Ariiezart ) must be given in your bio, credits page, or description where the model is used.6. Outfit Additions / Edits- Additional outfits, hairstyles, or expressions can be commissioned separately.
- Editing my work without permission (by yourself or another artist/rigger) is not allowed unless agreed upon.7. Refunds & Cancellations- If I cancel a commission, a full refund will be issued.
- If the client cancels:- Before work begins → Full refund.
- After work begins → Partial refund depending on progress.
- After delivery → No refunds.8. Prohibited Uses- Do not use my work for hateful, discriminatory, or illegal content.
- Do not use my work for AI training or machine learning datasets.
- Do not mint or sell my work as NFTs.9. Rights Reserved- I retain the rights to use completed works in my portfolio, promotional posts, and commission examples.
